Prepare to Pitch Workshop Part 1 – CURL Fellowship Intro

The Prepare to Pitch workshop series, led by Huron Teaching & Learning Librarian Patrick Gavin, prepares students to submit quality Fellowship applications. In this first session, students will learn from Huron Librarian Patrick Gavin about eligibility, approaching a Faculty Mentor, and past projects. Get help in-session with brainstorming and refining your topic. All are welcome, even if you’re just curious about CURL!

The second session is geared towards students who are looking to refine ANY research proposal (Fellowship application or otherwise!) We’ll workshop proposals together, help each other speak to different audiences, and develop an “elevator pitch.”
