History at Huron

COMMUNITY-BASED RESEARCH

As active historians, Huron History faculty and students work to bridge in-class learning with hands on experiences, engaging with local and international archives, historic sites, museums, and other community partners. Recent projects include the Phantoms of the Past research site, Antislavery Connections, and updates to this project examining CBL and student learning.  Projects from 2016-17 are profiled here. Read more about a selection of past student CBL projects here.
