VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! One day, flexible scheduling, and free lunch!
Need a quick and easy way to spice up your resumé? CURL is seeking student volunteers to help manage our first annual Undergraduate Research Conference on Friday, April 7th, 2017!
To apply, email curl@uwo.ca ASAP with which role you’d like, what times you’re available, and a short paragraph about yourself (e.g: academic interests, volunteer or work history, etc.)

ROLES AVAILABLE
- Mediators: Assertive but polite students who will stop any presentations that are running over their time slots to make room for the next.
- 2 shifts: 10:15-12:30 and 1:15-3:30.
- Powerpoint/AVs: Responsible for changing the projector’s powerpoint files in between presentations. Easy peasy!
- 2 shifts: 10:15-12:30 and 1:15-3:30.
- Registrars: Responsible for manning the registration table. Take down names and give out nametags.
- Shifts: ANY time (at least 2 hours per volunteer) between 9:00AM-2:30PM!
- Assistants: Responsible for helping to direct people who are lost, setup and takedown, delivering messages between administrators in different rooms, putting chairs away, and other small tasks as they arise.
- Shifts: ANY time (at least 2 hours per volunteer) between 9:00AM-2:30PM!
