Introduction:
Founder of Alla’s Pierogies Alla Shevchuk was filled with enthusiasm on her drive home from a local Rotary meeting in her new home of Strathroy, Ontario, Canada. She was looking forward to having dinner and practicing English with her family, before logging onto her night course at Fanshawe College. Even with the busy evening ahead, she could not stop dreaming about the possibilities for her rapidly expanding business, wondering which path was the right one to take.
