Provenance A: Binding  Bound in early blind-tooled calf with reddened fore edges.
Provenance B: Ownership Marks Copy contains armorial stamp of Robert Dundas Duncan, 1st Earl of Camperdown (1785 -1859) on front board. Early signature on title page reads, “Sir Samuell Thomas Newman his booke 1640”. Edwin Eliott Willoughby bookplate with “Gift of Frances L. Willoughby [19]27” stamp on inner front board. Additional archival material includes money order ticket from Great Britain to Washington DC on Nov. 16 1943 at a cost of 19 shillings, 4 pence.
