Abstract:<\/h2>\n

Juliet Stonic, Director of Major Gifts, Monroe Health Science Foundation, managed a small team focused on the fundraising branch for the Monroe Health Sciences Centre. The foundation had many departments whose responsibilities and jurisdictions often overlapped. Stonic was struggling to manage conflict and interpersonal relationships with two of the managers in the other departments.<\/p>\n
