Need a quick and easy way to spice up your resum\u00e9? CURL is seeking student volunteers<\/span> to help manage our first annual Undergraduate Research Conference on Friday, April 7th, 2017!<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
To apply, email curl@uwo.ca ASAP<\/strong> with which role you’d like, what times you’re available, and a short\u00a0paragraph\u00a0about yourself (e.g: <\/span>academic interests, volunteer or work history, etc.)\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

ROLES AVAILABLE<\/b><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
    \n
  • Mediators:<\/b> Assertive but polite students who will stop any presentations that are running over their time slots to make room for the next.\n
      \n
    • 2 shifts: 10:15-12:30 and 1:15-3:30.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Powerpoint\/AVs<\/b>: Responsible for changing the projector’s powerpoint files in between presentations. Easy peasy!\n
        \n
      • 2 shifts: 10:15-12:30 and 1:15-3:30.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Registrars:<\/b> Responsible for manning the registration table. Take down names and give out nametags.\n
          \n
        • Shifts: ANY time (at least 2 hours per volunteer) between 9:00AM-2:30PM!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Assistants: <\/b>Responsible for helping to direct people who are lost, setup and takedown, delivering messages between administrators in different rooms, putting chairs away, and other small tasks as they arise.\n
            \n
          • Shifts: ANY time (at least 2 hours per volunteer) between 9:00AM-2:30PM!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
